Products and descriptions
Review the product description, wood, finish, dimensions and price before purchasing. Wood grain and tone naturally vary between pieces. Screen settings and lighting can affect the appearance of colors. Product images show the organizer; styling accessories are not included.
Prices and checkout
Prices are shown in US dollars. The checkout summary sets out item charges, shipping, tax and the total before payment authorization. Shipping is free on all eligible orders, and the store displays tax at $0.00 without claiming legal tax exemption.
Payment authorization
By submitting a payment through a supported payment service, you authorize the charge shown in the final checkout total and confirm that you are entitled to use that payment method. Payment processing is subject to the applicable provider’s terms.
Order acceptance
Submitting checkout information does not by itself establish that payment has succeeded or that an order has been accepted. An accepted order and its applicable details are communicated through an order confirmation. Contact us if you have questions about the status of a purchase.
Order fulfillment and delivery
Free shipping on all orders to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. We do not ship to US territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days, subject to the processing calendar. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Order cut-off: 07:00PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed year-round with no daylight saving adjustment. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed after cut-off, on weekends or on holidays enter processing on the next business day.
Returns and refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy provides a 30-calendar-day return request window from receipt, explains return conditions and shipping responsibility, and sets out refunds to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after approval following receipt and review.
